- Avocados provide healthy fats and potassium for sustained energy and cramp prevention.
- Onions and tomatoes deliver antioxidants for muscle recovery and reduced inflammation.
- Lime juice and sea salt replenish electrolytes, while jalapeños add a metabolism-boosting kick.
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados- Make sure they are very ripe or else the guacamole will not taste good!
- 1/4 cup yellow onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1 ripe tomato finely chopped(optional-I don’t love tomato’s)
- 1 tbs lime juice(about one large freshly squeezed lime)
- 1 small jalapeño pepper finely diced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
- Cut the avocado in half length-wise and separate the halves. Be careful not to hit the seed in the middle. Then, use a spoon to remove the avocado from each half and place in a bowl. Repeat this process two more times.
- Mash the avocado using a potato masher or a large spoon.
- Finely chop the yellow onion, red onion, tomato, and jalapeño on a large cutting board.
- Add the ingredients on the cutting board into the large bowl and mix to combine.
- Add the lime juice and sea salt to flavor.
- ENJOY!!
